* bastardkb: cleanup blackpill configuration

Fixes #17

* bastardkb: fix splinky configuration

The pinout of the splinky changed between the last beta batch, and the

Define `SPLINKY_BETA_PINOUT` to build the firmware with pre-production
pinout.
