E6-V2 Last Edition (LE) Support (#3324) * new matrix for LE(Last Edition) E6V2 * Update pin outs for the new version of the PCB * putting in some placeholders for now * Trying to get e6v2/oe:default to compile * put rules.mk in the right directory * Add and update readme files * move info.json to oe directory * Update LE directory * rename keyboard name * Add QMK Configurator Support At this time, ths only covers the ALL case and allows people to use the configurator to generate their keymaps. More work will need to be done.

Remove Full Bootmagic (#13846) * disambiguate Bootmagic rules in keymaps The files edited by this commit were added at a point in time where `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = yes` enabled full Bootmagic. This commit edits the files to specify that full Bootmagic is intended. * remove BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE=full setting * unify commented BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE rules in keyboards Explicitly sets `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = no` in keyboards where the rule was commented out.
