It targets embedded processors found in keyboards, particularly AVR (<a href="https://www.fourwalledcubicle.com/LUFA.php" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">LUFA</a>) and ARM (<a href="https://www.chibios.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">ChibiOS</a>). If you are already well versed in Arduino programming you'll find a lot of the concepts and limitations familiar.
